  • Creative Diary | Collage - Tuesdays and Saturdays

    Do you need to open some space in your mind?

    Discover a very special workshop where we use the act of cutting and pasting to help us relax. The topics are focused on the Universe of Women.

    The Magic of Journaling in your hands.

    - Guided Meditation

    - Creation of the collage page

    You can bring a notebook.

    The participant will take home her creation.

    Duration: 60min

  • Creative Writing - Wednesdays

    How writing can be an incredible tool to relax our mind?

    In this workshop you will write as way to calm down our thoughts and emotions.

  • Create your Woman Wheel - Thursdays

    Why sometimes we are more calm and why other times we have more energy?

    The Woman Wheel is an ancient tool that can help you understand our woman cycles and our emotional changes.

The purpose is to provide a space where Women who visit us can find a safe and creative environment away from the rush of everyday life. A place where they can breathe, create and strengthen their confidence in themselves and those around them. Our art activities have themes that are directed towards the Feminine Universe.

  • The benefits of participating in our activities include improved well-being, increased mood and a break from routine. Or simply, relaxing and finding a place where you can be yourself.

  • Yes, it is not necessary to be registered in the monthly gym membership to take part in a Workshop.

About us

Hello, my name is Catarina and I am passionate about Creativity and Nature. From a very young age, I have felt a deep connection with the creative energy of the elements — fire, wind, earth, water and ether —, which is always present in my heart, in my personal search for the expression of the human being.

I have followed other paths; I’m a Chemical Engineer and I have worked in the field for several years. This cycle brought me the alchemy of incredible experiences and growth that allowed me to clearly see that it is people and their team spirit — the energy of the collective — that make a mission a greater good.

Therefore the chapter of engineering was closed with gratitude and with the courage to embrace my passion for Creativity and so I create the Katharós project. An Atelier dedicated on helping women rediscover their potential through the creativity of their own hands.

The alchemy of our heart, the relationship with others and with the World is the driving force behind Katharós, which is the ancestral origin of the name Catarina (from the Greek καϑαρός, katharós, which means "pure").
